On October 1, 2021, Robb Hultin, President at rmsource announced that effective immediately, all employees can telework from anywhere in the continental U.S. The new policy will impact all U.S. employees that are consultants, engineers, sales staff, and office administration.
With the announcement, rmsource became one of the first companies in Raleigh, NC to offer a permanent “work-from-anywhere” option. They are providing resources to their employees so that they can work from home securely & efficiently.
As part of this transition, they have already moved customers and their internal systems to Microsoft Azure, which has eliminated the need for the rmsource data centers. The headquartered office located in downtown Raleigh, NC will remain open for in-person meetings, or IT support whose job requires them to work in-person.
The decision comes after more than half of rmsource employees have been working from home since the onset of the pandemic in April 2020. They hope the new fully-remote offering provides employees with everyday flexibility to enjoy a healthy work-life balance.
